    *July 9 only: Well Built at 11:30, Power Cycle at 12:20*

Not motivated to work out on your own, or not quite sure what to do? Try our group exercise classes.  Work out with others while our instructors ensure a safe workout for you!

  • Online sign up begins the day prior to each scheduled class – ONLINE PORTAL
  • This is a dynamic schedule and will change with member needs
  • Classes may not run with 3 or fewer participants
  • There will be no classes on holidays
  • Class instructor may vary due to injury/illness
