Not motivated to work out on your own, or not quite sure what to do? Try our group exercise classes. Work out with others while our instructors ensure a safe workout for you!
- Online sign up begins the day prior to each scheduled class – ONLINE PORTAL
- This is a dynamic schedule and will change with member needs
- Classes may not run with 3 or fewer participants
- There will be no classes on holidays
- Class instructor may vary due to injury/illness
